According to Art. 77 GDPR, you can contact a supervisory authority at any time with a complaint, e.g. to the competent supervisory authority of the federal state in which you live or to the authority responsible for us as the responsible body. Additional information about your right to object

According to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time and without giving reasons. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. You can send us your cancellation either by post, fax or to the email address below. You will not incur any costs other than the postage or transmission costs. You will then receive immediate confirmation from us of receipt of your cancellation.

Collection of general information when visiting our website

We use ALL-INKL.COM, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf as our web hosting provider, i.e. this company acts on our behalf as part of a contract for order processing to technically deliver the websites to you. The server location for all websites hosted there is Germany. However, we remain the responsible party to you, although ALL-INKL.COM handles the technical delivery of the websites for us.

Type and purpose of processing:

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded on the web servers. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, your IP address and similar. They are processed in particular for the following purposes:

Recipients:

The recipients of the data are technical service providers who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website.

Storage period:

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of collection. This is generally the case for the data used to provide the website when the respective browser session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after 14 days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are anonymized so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

Provision required or necessary:

The provision of the aforementioned personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without the IP address, the service and functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed. In addition, individual services may not be available or may be restricted. For this reason, an objection is excluded.
